“Inspired by simpler times, Heart Lands features nomadic-inspired eyes and just-in-from-the-cold, naturally flushed cheeks,” says Janell Geason, Aveda Global Artistic Director, Makeup. “The textures are velvety and the colors rich but not too saturated. I wanted it to look more like a stain, as if the color was radiating from within.”

Nourish-Mint™ Lip Liner is formulated with plant waxes and fruit butters to help shape and define the lips. The plant lipids deliver a moisturization that is longwearing, non-feathering and doesn’t smudge. Petal Essence™ Eye Definers are formulated from jasmine petals and geranium leaves and the aromatic flower waxes make this formula creamy, blendable and smooth. Two limited-edition shades are available as part of the Heart Lands Collection: Night Lily and Juniper. ($16)
